What could have happened if I was not born?
Well there wouldn’t have been a first crush for someone, a first kiss. Maybe the cat might have still stayed in the sun shed waiting to be rescued (as if a cat needs to be taught to jump) when at the wistful age of 12 I thought it needed a savior (tadaaa!). My brother sure would not have got any scar thanks to my nails and my parents would have never thought of giving their grays a dash of color and would have had snow-white hair by all the tension given by respective lovable relative. Who would have been the peace maker when my people fight?! My replacement sure had some tough job up her sleeve. There wouldn’t been a loss of the family heirloom, oh yes I invariably was helpful for destiny’s plot of losing the diamond ruby encrusted ring. Say what, the old mulberry tree would have been still standing. Without me taking a swing up to the stars and wrecking the tree to fall almost on me; it might have stood a good time. Rana, our old dog wouldn’t have ever had the liberty to climb up the bed if I had missed spotting him cringe at the corner of the dog kennel. My now 10th grade cousin may not have had anyone right then with him to ask his chin scratching questions related to female anatomy and pornography.. ahem...
Sometimes all you need to do is do this thinking excercise when you feel you have hit rock bottom or feel the future’s pedestal a bit shaky or the past peeves haunting you. Seriously, there might be something that you didn’t care a whisker about that would come up to you and whisper what a wonderful life you had.
